Oklahoma Conservation Commission Water Quality Division

Oklahoma Conservation Commission Water Quality Primer

This document has a very nice section on stream health which was produced for Oklahomans but is equally relevant to northern Minnesotans. View the stream section or get the full on-line report that includes lakes and reservoirs and wetlands and non point source pollution.

Stream Biology and Ecology This excellent website was produced by Cristi Cave, a former fisheries student from the U. of Washington and is very well done and useful to a variety of age groups. She has managed to keep it on-line and add to it for many years.
