Individual storm events in Kingsbury Creek are monitored using an automated water sampler. The sampler is triggered by increasing water levels, and collects a water sample every hour during a storm event.

Data, data, data....that's what this web site is all about. Duluth Streams data comes in many shapes and forms, from individual temperature numbers from a SMU to a map showing streams and roadways in the Chester Creek watershed.

The Duluth Streams Project compiles data and information about Duluth streams collected by SMUs, volunteer monitors and a variety of agencies and research institutions. The data are then transfered to this website in various forms for public viewing. The data are undergoing several rounds of QA/QC review and some may be modified at a subsequent date.
